ONE Registration Fee includes the following for the registered authors:

  • 1- Welcome reception
  • 2- Delegates ID Card
  • 3- Conference Folder or Bag
  • 4- Participation in the technical program
  • 5- Printed Participation & presentation Certificate
  • 6- Printed Proceedings of the Conference
  • 7- Coffee breaks on the presentation day
  • 8- Lunch on the presentation day

Once your paper is accepted the registration process begins. You need to have to complete the following four steps for the registration confirmation.

Step 1 – Registration Fee and Proceed for the payment.
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the Technical Presentation. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, there will be discount on additional papers registration.

In case of First paper, FULL FEE will be charged and in case of additional papers 50% additional discount will be provided from second onwards. (Only if the same author/co-author is being registered for all the papers).

Fee included: Proceedings, name-tag, certificate, teabreak, lunch and farewell party on 29 Aug

Fee not included: accommodation, meals, transportation to and from Binh Duong.

Step 2 – Registration form
It is mandatory to all the Authors/Listeners to send the complete filled up registration form to the official mail id of the Conference for the registration confirmation.

Step 3 – Camera Ready Paper submission
All the paper must adhere to CCCE2018 in double column guidelines (Follow the sample paper) and must be submitted as Microsoft word DOC or DOCX format. Any modification must be done before last date of Registration only.

Step 4 – Registration Confirmation.

Payment confirmation will be given after getting the full payment proof and Registration form at the official mail ID of Conference within 2 working days. All authors and listeners must take the final schedule and venue details before start the journey to conference.
